Backend Engineer

About the Role

Join our infrastructure team to build robust, scalable backend services that power our platform. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and help shape our technical architecture.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Design database schemas and optimize query performance
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security measures
• Write comprehensive tests and documentation
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to define API contracts

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
