Head of Growth Marketing

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead our growth initiatives. You'll own our marketing strategy and build a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Own key metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue growth
• Manage paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Collaborate with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategies

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing experience, 3+ in leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS products
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and analytics
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
