About the Role
We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing teams. You'll be a strategic partner to managers and employees, helping to build a healthy, high-performing culture.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders on people strategies and organizational development
- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Handle employee relations issues with empathy and fairness
- Lead compensation and benefits administration
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech/startup environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, Rippling, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
