HR Business Partner

About the Role

We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing teams. You'll be a strategic partner to managers and employees, helping to build a healthy, high-performing culture.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders on people strategies and organizational development
• Support performance management and employee development programs
• Handle employee relations issues with empathy and fairness
• Lead compensation and benefits administration
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech/startup environments
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, Rippling, or similar)
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
