About the Role

Join our People team as a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us build an exceptional engineering organization. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract and close top technical talent.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles
• Source and engage passive candidates through creative strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring for engineering roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
