Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who brings a strong product mindset and is excited to help shape the product and contribute to how design grows within the team.
This role goes beyond designing screens, as you’ll be involved in defining problems, shaping solutions, and contributing to how our product evolves. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to build a high-quality, user-centered experience while helping establish the foundation for design within the company.
We’re a fast-growing startup building a SaaS platform that helps businesses streamline operations and scale effectively. As design becomes a core part of our product strategy, we’re looking for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to take ownership and grow in the role.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences from flows and wireframes to polished UI

• Collaborate with product and engineering to define problems and deliver effective solutions

• Contribute to feature ideas and product improvements, not just execution

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user insights, and product data

• Help build and maintain design systems and UI consistency

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to team discussions
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ YOE in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design - preferably at fast-paced startups or SaaS companies.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, user-centered design principles, and a good sense of visual design

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma (components, auto layout, design systems), plus experience with mobile-first design, prototyping and collaboration tools.

• Strong product mindset, able to think beyond UI and contribute to product strategy and decision-making

• Strong English communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Able to work independently, take ownership, and help shape processes and culture

Nice-to-have:

• Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with product metrics and using insights to support design decisions.

• Experience conducting or collaborating on user research / usability testing

• Exposure to product marketing (positioning, messaging, growth experiments, public launch)

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (using AI for ideation, prototyping, or improving efficiency)
